Overview of Manpower
Full-time employment is our basic employment policy. By the end of 2024, neither contract employee nor time-guaranteed employee has been hired. Additionally, no child labor (under 16 years old) has even been hired. All employment have undergone strict interviews and age checks.
As of the end of 2024, the total headcount of the Yoke Group was 554 people, representing a growth of 11.02% compared to the previous year. Of these, 527 people are in Taiwan and 27 people are in overseas subsidiaries. The proportion of senior managers hired from local Taiwanese residents is 100.00%. All subsidiaries hire local personnel, with the proportion of local hires being 100.00%.

Training Roadmap
Aligned with our business strategy and vision, YOKE has built a comprehensive training framework based on competency development. Tailored programs for each job level include professional, quality, and management courses, along with annual programs supporting future strategies. Through continuous learning and performance development, we create opportunities for growth and rotation, nurturing versatile key talents.
Knowledge Management System

To develop multi-skilled professionals, YOKE established a Skill Certification System that enables employees to gain professional qualifications through systematic learning and assessments, supported by the On-the-Job Training (OJT) program. The certification includes written and practical tests, with annual re-certification to ensure continuous improvement and consistent technical quality.
To encourage ongoing professional growth, employees who achieve Level B receive corresponding allowances and badges, recognizing their expertise and enhancing overall manufacturing standards.
